Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Serve MCP. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to cancel your subscription.
7-day satisfaction guarantee
Full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge.
Cancel anytime
No lock-in. Subscription stays active until end of billing period.
Free plan — no payment
The Free plan never requires a credit card. Cancel or stop using anytime.
No partial-month refunds
Outside the 7-day window, we don't refund partial billing periods.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. To cancel, go to your account dashboard, navigate to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription, and confirm cancellation.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active and you retain access to all plan features until the end of your current billing period. At the end of the period, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan (1 connection, 100 calls/month). Your data and connections are not deleted — additional connections beyond the Free plan limit will be paused and will resume if you re-subscribe.
You will not be charged again after cancellation. You will receive an email confirmation when your cancellation is processed.
2. Refund Eligibility
7-day satisfaction guarantee: If you subscribe to a Starter, Pro, or Agency plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment. This applies to first-time subscriptions only — it does not apply to plan upgrades, downgrades, or renewals.
Outside the 7-day window: Subscription fees are non-refundable after 7 days. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days in a billing period.
Exceptions: In cases of billing errors (duplicate charges, charges after confirmed cancellation, etc.), we will investigate promptly and issue a refund if warranted, regardless of the 7-day window. Please contact us within 30 days of the erroneous charge.
3. No Refunds for Partial Months
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, whether due to cancellation mid-cycle, plan downgrades, or reduced usage. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period in all cases.
4. Free Plan
The Free plan requires no payment information and incurs no charges. You may stop using the Free plan or delete your account at any time with no financial implications. There is nothing to refund.
5. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher plan, the new plan takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period plus the full amount for the next period. Upgrades are not eligible for the 7-day satisfaction guarantee if you have previously subscribed to any paid plan.
Downgrades: When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You will not receive a refund for the difference during the current period.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our 7-day satisfaction guarantee or to report a billing error:
- Email us at support@servemcp.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Include your account email address and the reason for your request
- Our team will respond within 2 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

7. Account Termination by Serve MCP
If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund. If we terminate your account for reasons unrelated to Terms violations (e.g., service discontinuation), we will issue a prorated refund for any unused subscription time.
