Billing FAQ
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately — your billing cycle resets and you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the month. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my monthly call limit?
When you reach 90% of your limit, we'll send you a warning email. At 100%, MCP calls will return a rate-limit error response. Your data and connections are never deleted — just upgrade to continue calling your tools.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
We offer a 7-day refund window for new Starter, Pro, and Agency subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. After that, our standard refund policy applies.
How is billing handled?
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit cards. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month. You'll receive a receipt by email after each charge.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, then it won't renew. Your connections and data remain accessible until that date.
Do unused MCP calls roll over?
No. Monthly call limits reset on the 1st of each month. Unused calls do not roll over to the next billing period.
