What it does

DecoNetwork through an assistant

DecoNetwork runs decorated-apparel shops end to end -- web stores, quoting, orders, production, purchasing and stock. This connector puts its four APIs in front of an assistant: what's due this week and what's held up in production, which purchase orders are outstanding, what stock is low. The writes touch a live shop floor, so they ship switched off: marking an order shipped or receiving stock needs an explicit confirmation, and an inventory update has to state the level it replaces, so a stale read can never quietly overwrite stock that moved in the meantime. DecoNetwork's document links carry a login token; they come back without it.

  • Orders with customers, line items, decoration, pricing, workflow, shipments and production files
  • Purchase orders and their line items
  • The product catalogue and stock by SKU, including what's on order
  • Designer links that open a product in the store's designer for a customer
  • Mark orders produced or shipped, with tracking (opt-in, needs confirmation)
  • Receive purchase-order stock and update inventory levels (opt-in, with guards)

What people actually ask

Real questions, answered from live DecoNetwork data.

“Which orders are due this week, and which are still waiting on production?”

deconetwork_search_orders

“What purchase orders are still outstanding, and when is the stock due?”

deconetwork_search_purchase_orders

“Which SKUs are below their low-stock warning, and how much is already on order?”

  • deconetwork_add_order_note
    Write

Adds an internal note -- staff only, never shown to the customer -- to an order or one of its lines, optionally with files from deconetwork_upload_attachment.

  • deconetwork_designer_link
    Read-only

Builds a link that opens the store's designer or product page on a given product, colour and size -- to send a customer a 'customise this' link. Makes no API call. Needs the External Cart API app enabled in the store. Product, colour and size ids come from deconetwork_search_products.

  • deconetwork_get_order
    Read-only

One order by invoice number, with workflow, purchase orders and shipments included.

  • deconetwork_get_products
    Read-only

Up to 100 products by id, in full.

  • deconetwork_receive_purchase_order_stock
    Write

Records goods received against a purchase order: per line item, the quantity received into stock (and against customer orders), the unit price, and optionally the PO's shipping, total, tax and vendor invoice number. Raises on-hand inventory. Use the PO's internal id from deconetwork_search_purchase_orders, not its PO number. Requires `confirm: true` because it records stock as received, raising on-hand inventory and changing the purchase order's costs; refused without it, before anything is sent.

  • deconetwork_search_inventory
    Read-only

Stock by SKU: on hand, low-stock warning, reorder-to level, on order via purchase orders, supplier stock, and whether tracking is on. Search by product code, name, supplier, product id, date modified, inventory id or tracking on (1/0). Returns each SKU's dn_sku_id, which updates take.

  • deconetwork_search_orders
    Read-only

Searches the shop's orders by date ordered, production files ready, due, shipped, invoiced or modified, by invoice number, or by status (conditions are ANDed). Returns customer, billing and shipping, payment status and balances, line items with decoration and pricing, and optionally workflow, purchase orders, shipments and production files. Up to 100 per call; page with offset. Document links come back without their login token -- they work for anyone signed in to the store.

  • deconetwork_search_products
    Read-only

Searches the product catalogue by code, name, supplier, product id or date modified. Returns product ids, codes, supplier details, colours and sizes. Up to 100 per call.

  • deconetwork_search_purchase_orders
    Read-only

Searches purchase orders to suppliers by date raised, delivery date, modified, PO number or status. Returns each PO's id (needed to receive stock), supplier, line items and amounts. Up to 100 per call.

  • deconetwork_update_inventory
    Write

Sets stock levels for up to 50 SKUs: on hand (inv_lvl), low-stock warning, reorder-to level, tracking on/off, or custom-supplier stock, with a reason. inv_lvl is an absolute SET, not an adjustment, so every change to it must say the level it expects to replace (expected_inv_lvl, from deconetwork_search_inventory): the current levels are read first, and if any differ -- stock moved since it was read -- nothing is written and the result says which.

Access & safety

You decide what it can touch

The same model applies to every connector, and it defaults closed.

Your own credential

You supply your own DecoNetwork key, scoped however you like on their side. It is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never returned by any API response or tool call.

Writes off by default

A new connection switches on a read-oriented default set only. Every write tool must be enabled deliberately before any client can call it.

Roles enforced server-side

READ, WRITE and ADMIN gate tool invocation on the server, not just in the UI. A READ member's token is refused any write tool.

Setup

Connect DecoNetwork in minutes

No infrastructure to run. Copy one URL and one token into your client.

  1. 1Create a free workspace and connect DecoNetwork.
  2. 2Choose which tools to expose — writes stay off until you enable them.
  3. 3Copy your MCP endpoint URL and bearer token.
  4. 4Paste them into Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client.
